Hire a domestic helper in 5 easy steps

Appoint us as your agent
- To provide you with suitable matches based on your family situation, we will arrange for a 30-min consultation to understand your family’s needs better.
- The consultation will be arranged at your convenience, and can be done via phone call, online or in-person meeting based on your preference.
- Following the consultation, we will send across our Quotation for your consideration and Application Form for your signature to confirm your interest to proceed with our services and agent appointment.

Interview and hire your helper
- After we have been appointed your agent, we will screen domestic helpers and shortlist candidate profiles for your consideration and interview.
- The interviews will be arranged at your convenience, and will be conducted via Whatsapp video call or Google Meet.
- Following the interview when a helper has been selected, we will send across our Services Agreement, Job Offer Form, and Services and Fees Schedule for your signature to confirm you hiring decision.

Prepare for your helper’s arrival
As your appointed agent, we will assist with the following:
MOM In-Principle Approval (IPA)
- With your confirmation on the hiring decision and authorisation to act on your behalf for MOM transactions, we will proceed with your helper’s work permit application and notify you upon MOM’s In-Principle Approval (IPA).
Entry requirements
- Following the IPA issuance, we will prepare for your helper’s arrival and ensure that all entry requirements into Singapore are met. These include:
- Security bond
- Medical and personal accident insurance
- Travel documents, visas, etc.
Arrival arrangements
- Additionally, we will arrange the following to ensure a smooth arrival for your helper:
- Flight booking
- Airport pick-up
- MOM-approved lodging accommodation
Ready your helper for Her New Role
As your appointed agent, we will assist with the following:
Settling-In Programme (SIP)
- Register your helper for the SIP.
- The SIP is a MOM mandated 1-day programme for first-time helpers only.
Pre-employment medical examination
- Book your helper for a medical examination.
- The Work Permit can only be issued when your helper clears the medical examination.
Work Permit
- Upon your helper clearing the medical examination, we will apply for the issuance of her temporary Work Permit.
- Based on the temporary Work Permit, if your helper is required to register her photo and fingerprints at MOM, we will assist with appointment arrangements.
Bring home your helper
Pick-up & reminders
- With the issuance of the temporary Work Permit, employers may pick up their helpers from the agency to commence work.
- Employers are required to print out a copy of the temporary Work Permit for their helpers during the interim period before the Work Permit card is issued.
- The Work Permit card will be delivered to your preferred address and can be collected by you or your authorised recipients.
Handover
- During the pick-up and handover, we will walk you and your helper through the Employment Contract, Safety Agreement, Rest Day Agreement, and Schedule of Loan Repayment documents for your acknowledgement and signatures.
